RPM Shop & Mentoring Center is a grassroots garage where young adults with a passion for motorsports get hands-on experience, real-world mentorship, and a pathway into the racing industry.
Our Story
At the heart of RPM Race Shop & Mentoring Center is a family with racing in our DNA. For us, motorsports isn’t just a weekend thrill—it’s a way of life, a passion that has fueled our journey on and off the track for generations.
That passion first sparked something bigger when we founded Guardian Angel Motorsports, a nonprofit dedicated to giving back. Through that mission, we've raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to help children in need—whether through medical support, adaptive sports programs, or life-changing experiences. Racing gave us a platform, but giving back gave it purpose.
Now, with RPM, we’re merging those two powerful forces—our love for motorsports and our drive to make a difference. The RPM Race Shop & Mentoring Center is more than a garage. It’s a grassroots hub where young adults with a passion for racing, cars, and mechanics can gain hands-on experience, be mentored by industry professionals, and explore real career pathways in the motorsports world.
We believe in the power of opportunity. Some of our participants may be facing barriers—disabilities, social challenges, or just a lack of access. That’s exactly why RPM exists: to open doors, spark confidence, and help every young adult who walks into our shop find their place, their voice, and their speed.
